Jude brings over 20 years of sales and management experience to the table. His strong communication skills and deep knowledge of marketing enable him to connect effectivly with owners, vendors, and guests, ensuring that every rental is managed with excellence and profitability.

Sharon, with more than 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry, is the driving force behind the company’s outstanding reputation. As the owner of Lemon Fresh Cleaning for the past six years, she has built a stellar reputation for her commitment to delivering 110% for property owners. Her background includes 25 years of running a successful cleaning business in Michigan, equipping her with the expertise to maintain properties to the highest standards.

The Carter's relocated to South Carolina nearly nine years ago to be closer to their first grandchild. This move has not only enriched their family life, now blessed with four grandchildren, but also inspired their entrepreneurial journey. They envisioned a property management company that treats owners as a priority, focusing on personalized service and transparent communication.

Frustrated by the common issues property owners faced with management companies— lack of communication, hidden fees, and neglect of properties—Jude and Sharon launched Coastal Waters. By intentionally limiting the number of properties they manage, they ensure that each owner receives personal attention. Their hands-on approach includes conducting thorough inspections after every rental and accommodating special requests to enhance guest experiences.
